Century 21 The Real Estate Centre was extremely helpful in both the sale of my Condo, and purchase of my current home.  The staff was dedicated to making the process smooth and making it a special experience.  I would recommend the Company to anyone for their Real Estate needs!

We worked with Thomas. From the beginning, he made errors in putting the wrong name on the contract, was unresponsive, and not very communicative in the entire process. It came to a head when he yelled at my mother on the phone and basically told us that “it’s my listing. Take it or leave it” after i told him i was not happy with the way he spoke to my mother and we refused to work with him. I spoke to Gary who assured me that Thomas was out of the picture, would not be present at settlement, and that he would be there to see us. To be honest, I had great interactions with Gary all weekend. He answered all questions/text and truly turned the experience around. Heading into the day, sure enough, Thomas is at the settlement and Gary was nowhere to be found. After texting Gary clarifying as to why Thomas was at the closing when we specifically asked for him not to be, the communicative and responsive Gary is no longer responding. My mother had already signed her portion of the closing or else we would have left. And what’s frustrating is they were well aware we would have backed out of the house and lost the deposit had we known that Thomas would still be present. I would rather them have been honest and said that he would have to be there, but Thomas didn’t even issue a single apology for how he treated my mom. We feel rather lied to. It’s definitely shady that they cared more about closing this deal than their customers’ happiness. We couldn’t even enjoy talking to the seller because the tension in the room was just too awful with Thomas in there. Im sure this is not a common experience considering their other reviews, but I would never use Century 21 ever again nor recommend it to anyone else.

They are very attentive to our needs and always quick to respond to us! They are great at negotiating price and know what a fair deal for the market in the area is. In a fast-paced and competitive Maryland real estate market, their knowledge, aggression, personality and tech-savvy accessibility serve as true assets to any buyer or seller.
